Coached run fitness session
Each Week there are two groups:
- Imps (beginners & improvers) perfect for people completely new to running, those who want to build confidence and improve technique & runners returning from injury
- InAds (Intermediate & Advanced) perfect for those wanting to train a little harder & local club runners wanting to fit an extra bit of coaching in
Both group are lead by either a UK Athletics Coach to Run Leader with full public Liability.
The sessions are based in different local locations and focus on strength, endurance, speed, hills or technique. No-one is left behind, this is an inclusive & friendly group who support and encourage each other.
