Using a virtual platform of your choice we can have a 1:1 session for 30 or 45mins to support your home fitness exercise & training programmes.
I am happy to look at how you are lifting weights, you body position & alignment if performing pilates/yoga etc. To make sure you are training safely & effectively.
I am also happy to help you structure your running, we would discuss goals, frequency, any technologies used & how to keep injury free.
