Training Plan – Triathlon / Sprint & Olympic | 16 week plan minimum 45min initial consultaion, phased training blocks, Swim, Bike & Run. Drills tailored to your training needs, Strength & Core workouts, Lower Leg strength workouts. Weekly review of work done + support & guidance as needed to get you to the swim start. Can also offer 45min prep consultation prior to tapering, 45min transition practice session & initial Swim/Bike/Run analysis on a PT price basis | £50 pm |
Plan – Triathlon / Middle & Full Distance | 24/30 week plan minimum as outlined in the Sprint/Olympic package | £60 pm |
Schools/Clubs | Athletics aftershool/lunch club. Sessions cover all aspects of athlertics. Specialist equipment supplied where necessary Also available for other junior clubs to offer strength & fitness sessions | £30 per hour |
