As a runner used to racing 10km or Half Marathon distances I set myself a goal of running a sub 4 hour marathon and gave myself 6 months to train up to it.To stand the best chance I enlisted Una to design a training scheme to give me every chance of succeeding The monthly schedules were very clear and had enough variety to avoid boredom through doing the same blend of speed, distance and frequency I found Una  to be responsive to my questions and requests for changes, very knowledgeable and also enthusiastic 3hr 53min!!

As a novice approaching my first iron distance triathlon I thought it was best to hire a coach to help guide me on the way.  I had previously done two half iron distance but wasn’t sure how to train for double that distance. Una wrote me detailed easy to follow weekly training plans which helped not only increase my fitness levels but also prepared me for the mammoth task ahead. Una was very supportive, encouraging and adaptable as she changed the training plan to suit my lifestyle. I thoroughly recommend Una as a coach for people of all abilities as I don’t think I could have done it without her. Having Una as a support was invaluable as she was constantly there to answer any questions and offer guidance.
