- Monday 6:30pm – Intermediate / Advanced Pilates
- Tuesday 12:00 – Lunch Crunch – core focus
- Tuesday 1:00pm – Gentle Circuits
- Thursday 10:30am – Pilates – All Levels
- Thursdays 12:00 – Lunch Crunch – weights session
- Thursday 1:00pm – Gentle Circuits
- Friday 9:30am – Serious Circuits/HiiT (come to the session fully warmed up)
- Friday 10:15am – Intermediate / Advanced Pilates
Pricing
£10 per week or £3 per Session
How it works…
65yrs+ – You email me (unalaceyf4f@icloud.com) at the start of the week with the sessions you want to attend. I will email you links to the ones you have picked either on the day or the day before. Before the first session I will email you my BACS details to do a bank transfer or I will include my address for you to send a cheque.
Everyone else – You email me (unalaceyf4f@icloud.com) at the start of the week with the sessions you want to attend, I will email you my BACS details to do a bank transfer either £10 or PAYGO for the sessions for that week. On receipt of payment you will get links to the ones you have picked either on the day or the day before.
